Kiss Me, I'm Imus

Well actually, I'm not, but that's what's happening on March 17th at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square.

Have fun if you go, and Happy St. Patrick's Day!

The little I saw on TV was fun, and the crowd was great. I missed Russo and the Governor, but just read Julie's write-up on the Russo interview and was laughing out loud! She is great. Gangsta Mickey is a rock star :)

I was looking foward to the Russo interview but they didn't get to him on Fox Biz.

Anyways... Very good show today! Bernie should've brought out the Cardinal though...

Why Imus gotta roll over for the slick talkin' Paterson all the time? Gov. Paterson is bad news!

My DVR has NEVER failed me...so why, oh why, did it tape only the first hour of the big show today???

The first (only!) hour was solid gold too. Imus looked wonderful, Gangsta Mickey was rockin', Dagen received a well-deserved rousing welcome, Glenn Beck was kinda focused and I didn't have to worry that this would be the day that he -- well, you know, might do something live, on air, that might frighten children (and me).

I was horrified to see the DVR had taped exactly 66 minutes -- did that happen to anyone else? CollegeGirl, do you have any suggestions how I (one of the I-Man's biggest fans) can find and watch the rest of the show?

And to top it off, today, St. Patrick's Day, is my birthday and I'm 3/4th Irish -- can't say what the other l/4th is.

Life just ain't fair, is it CG? If anybody knows where a copy is, I'd very much appreciate a heads up.

At least I got to see a wonderful 66 minutes. Way to go, guys: the I-Nation is proud.

FBN did replay a 2 hour shortened version of the show at 10pm I think.

Maybe they will replay it during the weekend so look out for it.

Thanks, Lurker. I'll watch for it.

I saw IMUS ad where they say they'll be replaying the St. Patrick's Day show.

I think it's 8am to 10am Saturday

An edited version of the show since it's only 2 hours.

Thanks, Lurker, for letting us know. :)

You know what I miss about Imus? The spontaneity the program used to have. It's too scripted now, and feels shorter on WABC than it was on WFAN.

It still is amazing, though. :) Anyone else feel similar?

Absolutely! Don't understand the need to do the 'lets go around and see whats coming up' at the top of every hour when we could simply just do the news, sports and Bernie Briefing without the 'Whats coming up' portion like they used to do on the show.

CG --

Totally agree that we don't need the "what's coming up", when in two minutes they kinda repeat what they just said was coming up. It's redundant, just like my previous sentence. And tedious.

Thanks again, Lurker, for the heads up on St. Patrick's Day replay. BTW, is Lurker French?

Imus, Gangsta Mickey and Dagen rock.

One more thing -- is Rush moving out of the country now that HCR has passed?
